Gary Wang brings a wealth of experience to residential and commercial projects of all scales, encompassing renovations, additions, and new construction. He has led initiatives for some of the nation's most esteemed firms, including Machado and Silvetti, Jonathan Levi Architects, and Tigerman McCurry. His portfolio spans a diverse range of budgets, from modest projects to large-scale endeavors exceeding $100 million.

Wang's work has garnered recognition in numerous publications, including the *Austin American-Statesman*, *Architect Magazine*, ABC News, and KXAN Austin. Notably, a budget-conscious community center he designed in Chicago was a finalist for the prestigious Driehaus Foundation Award. In 2004, he was named a George G. Booth Fellow at the University of Michigan, and his work has been exhibited nationwide, including at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. Wang has also served as a design critic at leading institutions such as Harvard University, the Yale School of Architecture, Louisiana State University, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He was the keynote speaker at last year's Texas Main Street Conference in La Grange, and one of Wang Architects' recent projects received the President's Award from the Texas Downtown Association.

A licensed architect in Texas, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois, Wang hails from Flint, Michigan, and pursued his Master of Architecture at the University of Michigan. There, he received the Alumni Society Award for best design in his class. In addition to his professional practice, Wang teaches design and construction to both graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Texas at Austin. He also actively contributes to the architectural community, serving on the AIA Austin Design Awards Committee and co-chairing the AIA Austin Honors Awards Committee.
