Originally from Greenbrier, Arkansas, Drew received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design at the University of Arkansas, where he studied under the preeminent architect Marlon Blackwell. In school, Drew had the opportunity to study in Rome, Italy and travel to other European countries — an experience that deepened his understanding of architectural history and how design is influenced by the daily lives and traditions of the people who inhabit a place.
 
At Wang Architects, Drew is currently involved in a range of commercial and residential projects across the Austin area. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience at architecture offices in Arkansas, where he focused upon educational work, contributing to projects from early design through construction.
 

Outside of architecture, Drew enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors — often playing volleyball or basketball on the weekends. He enjoys Austin’s vibrant food and bar scene. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll likely find him watching a good movie or planning his next adventure.
