Core custom metal works

Gary Wang, AIA, Principal Architect

Located along Interstate 35 in the rural expanse between Austin and Waco, the town of Jarrell isn't typically known for remarkable buildings. Structures are often built without permits, and most properties fall outside any formal zoning regulations. So, when our clients approached us with their wish list and preliminary 3D drawings, we were initially skeptical about the project's viability.

Through innovative thinking and a commitment to sustainable practices, this project stands as a testament to the potential of architecture to transform even the most unlikely settings. It redefines the landscape of Jarrell, setting a new standard for what can be achieved when creativity and practicality converge.
