The Palace Children's Theatre
Phase I of a New Education Center
We were commissioned to provide fundraising drawings for a building that is both an exceptional design and as cost effective as possible.
One of the many encountered was the fact that the building site was within the FEMA flood plain. This ultimately influenced the raised cantilevered form of the design.
Within just a few months, the project met its fundraising goals and we then went under contract to continue onto Phase II.
