Situated in the heart of the historic Georgetown Square, our latest project breathes new life into what was once an old print shop, now transformed into a vibrant hub of commerce and innovation. This redevelopment not only enhances the historical charm of the area but also encourages new ventures, seamlessly integrating modernity with the locale's storied past.

To achieve this, a portion of the building at the rear of the lot would be thoughtfully demolished to make way for a two-story addition that offers both retail and office spaces. The design carefully selects materials that are inspired by the original structure, ensuring a harmonious relationship between the new and old, without simply mimicking them. This blend of respectful nods to history and forward-thinking design enriches the Georgetown Square, inviting a future as inspiring as its heritage.
