Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, this 1940s-era home has been renovated to blend historic charm with modern sophistication. Originally untouched since its construction, the house featured vintage elements like knob and tube wiring, galvanized steel plumbing, and asbestos tiles.

The renovation replaced outdated flooring with reclaimed wood planks for a warm, modern touch. The vinyl siding was removed, and weathered wood siding was replaced to preserve the classic facade. The kitchen was reimagined and relocated next to the dining room for an open flow ideal for entertaining. Both suites were redesigned to prioritize comfort and style with a clean, modern aesthetic.
