Phase II

Phase II focuses on the exterior where the design features a new seating area that flanks the South and West of the existing building. This seating area will be defined by a deck/terrace and overhead pergola structure.

The pergola will be made predominantly from cedar and the structural members will be made from galvanized steel to weather gracefully over time.
